Rotating Tires

Can/should any of the tractor tires be rotated ?
If you are asking about a tandem axle tractor and you wish to event out the tire wear between the two axles, I suggest you determine what you consider to be about 1/4 of the total tread life of the tires and move tires from the forward axle to the rearward axle (and visa versa) at that stage of wear. I would also be good to reverse the direction of rotation (left side tires on the right and visa versa). Then, rotate when half worn and 3/4 worn.
