Major tire tread on 225/70R19.5 G647 RSS

I’m looking for someone to tell me what are the major tire grooves on this tire. There is two small skinny lines on the outside of this tire that go around this tire and needed to know if these are concidered a major tire groove or not.
A major groove is described as a groove that contains a tread wear indicator. A tread wear indicator is a "bump" at the bottom of the a groove that helps to visually tell you when the tire is nearing the end of its treadlife. The two "skinny" grooves you describe are not major grooves.

Would it be wise to use a 11R22.5 tire in place of a 12R22.5 for vocational vehicles such as a Concrete Mixer trucks in Florida? I have some concerns about the availablity of 16 ply 11R22.5 cap and casings. The other concern is the load capacity is near the max on a 11R22.5 for three axle trucks.
If the truck came with 12R22.5 tires when new, you are concerned about availability of the 11R22.5 LR-H tire and the loads you are carrying would nearly max out the alternative tire, I would have to ask why you would want to switch. ?? I would stick with the 12R22.5 size.
