Inside Shoulder Wear RS Steer Tire

In our fleet, we have an ‘03 9200i International day cab. Since new, we have had inside shoulder wear on the right side steer tire. Its the wavey wear pattern. The front end has been checked 6 times and they say everthing is well within specs. We have automatic wheel balancers on both wheels and before we put them on we would balance tires, also. It doesn’t matter what brand tire we use the wear is still there. The left tire wears fine. The rear axles were checked at about 200,000 miles and they were fine. Still no one has an answer for this problem.
It is difficult to determine the cause of a wear pattern via e-mail. I assume all six alignment checks were not performed at the same alignment shop. ?? If they were, you should consider a second opinion. Since the wear pattern has been evident on several brands of tires, it's safe to assume something is going on with the vehicle that is affecting the wear on tires.
