Tires Increase Axle Loads?

Do super single tires increase axle loads? If current steer axle load rating is 12000 lbs, does putting wide base tires on bring rating to 18000 lbs?
No. The steer axle of a vehicle has a rating based on the strength and durability of the components of the axle and the suspension. Tires are rated based on their size and the inflation pressure they are designed to carry. If the load capacity of the axle and tires do not match, the limiting factor is the one with the lowest rating.
