with michlelin pushing the wide base radial market and it seems to be catching on does goodyear plan to try and get some of that market?
We have been evaluating the new 445/50R22.5 super single tire for a few years. There are many benefits such as reduced weight of 1 tire vs 2, fuel economy, and handling of the tire.
Negatives included reduced mileage, reduced retreadbility, lack of vehicle limp home capabiility. We see this tire as a niche product.
