Most people rotate from front to back.

I run 8x 14.5 load range F trailer tires on a 5 ton pintel tag-along, two axle trailer; air pressure @ recommended 100 psi. The trailer is fully loaded. The centers of the tires wear bald before the two outside ribs wear even halfway. I know that the wheels scrape on every turn. Would a lower air pressure help and if so what will the reduced pressure do to heat build up and weight carrying capacity?

There is no such tire size...please advise the correct tire size. Lowering the air pressure will increase the heat build up and cause nothing but problems...Why do the wheels scrape on every turn?

I never hear any more talk or read about the “info-chip” that was to be molded into new radial tires. What is the latest discussions or status on this , I think very important product?
At one point in time, B/s, Mich. and G/Year were looking into this new technology. Thanks.

The technology for a smart chip built into tire exists today, however, trucking fleets are not willing to pay the price for this technology.
