A.		Two solutions: Shut off the heater when filling the solvent tanks. If you fear the operator could forget you could put a relay / outside switch that would kick the heater off if a number of parameters were applied. i.e. opening the gas tank cap. Additionally you could put a spark arrestor on the exhaust, this eliminates the already very slim chance of an ash. Of course you would have to periodically clean this. One last thought; if the heater was serviced regularly you would reduce chances even further.
