Anti Idling Laws in Europe?

Q.		Hi John, I read in your profile that you are invoved in AI ‘issues’, even with European references. Now I like to know if there is (any) “anti idling law” in Europe. I’ve been on Google for hours now, and just can’t find any info regarding the European side of it. Maybe you can give me a hint (I’d be very happy with any documentation) Thanks in advance for your time!

I've contacted my counter part in Germany, our product is actually manufactured in Germany. He has indicated to me that the german and the british Highway Code have regulations for anti idling and that the other european countries have comparable national regulations to avoid idling.
